Position Overview: Butler Manager (Female)
The Butler Manager will oversee the butler services team, ensuring an exceptional level of personalized service for all guests. The role demands a proactive approach, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the butler team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Oversee front office operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficiency.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for butler services.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest journey.
- Ensure team readiness through training and performance evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Additional certifications in hospitality are an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial role at a five-star resort with a butler service system.
- Proficiency in PMS Opera and other hotel management systems.
- Fluency in English and additional languages (Russian or Chinese preferred).
- Prior experience as a butler is essential.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to guest service.
