Join the Team as a Base Leader
We are on the lookout for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and multilingual Base Leader to join our vibrant team. This role is ideal for a passionate professional who thrives in creating unforgettable experiences for guests while ensuring the highest standards of safety and service.
Role Responsibilities
As a Base Leader, you will:
- Manage and oversee dive and excursion operations to provide exceptional experiences for guests.
- Lead a team of dive and excursion professionals, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and create seamless experiences.
- Promote marine conservation and educate guests about the importance of preserving the Maldivian marine ecosystem.
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who meets the following criteria:
- Certification: Must hold a PADI MSDT (Master Scuba Diver Trainer) or higher with EFR (Emergency First Response) certification, in active teaching status.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing dive and excursion operations. Previous experience in a resort environment is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Multilingual proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Personality: Dynamic, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
