Open Position: Bartender
We are looking for a dynamic Bartender to join our service team. If you thrive on delivering exceptional guest experiences, have a flair for mixology, and are fluent in Russian or Mandarin, we want to hear from you!
Key Competencies
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and either Russian or Mandarin is essential. Proficiency in additional languages like Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of two years in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel. Experience in high-end cocktail bars is highly desirable.
- Mixology Skills: Expertise in creating innovative cocktails, alcohol pairing, and having a refined palate.
- Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) and HACCP standards.
- Teamwork: A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently when required.
- Customer Service: A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Adaptability: Prior experience in Maldives or remote locations is highly desirable.
