Position: Bartender - Female
Location: Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu, Maldives
As a Bartender at Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage team, ensuring that each drink served meets the resort's high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed.
- Maintain guest flow charts to monitor and manage service volume.
- Oversee the cleanliness and setup of tables, ensuring all silverware, glassware, and seating arrangements are spotless.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the resort’s food and beverage offerings to provide personalized recommendations.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Uphold the resort’s commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices in all operations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing guest needs.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, dynamic, and energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
