Role Overview: Barefoot Guardian (Butler)
As a Barefoot Guardian (Butler) at Soneva Secret, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest’s experience is unforgettable. You will be the face of the resort's personalized service, providing tailored attention to each guest while maintaining the resort’s high standards of excellence.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Key Requirements and Skills
We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual who is committed to delivering the highest level of service in a luxury environment. The ideal candidate should possess:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in at least one of the following languages is mandatory: Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Butler or in a similar luxury service role, with formal training or certification from a recognized institution.
- Exceptional Service Skills: Proven ability to manage guest expectations, delivering service with precision and flair, ensuring every detail exceeds the guest’s expectations.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests from around the world and adapt to their unique preferences and cultures.
