Current Opportunity: Assistant Spa Manager
Responsibilities
As the Assistant Spa Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our spa delivers exceptional wellness experiences. You will oversee daily operations, maintain high standards of service, and lead a team of talented professionals in providing a range of treatments, including massages, facials, and wellness therapies.
Key Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who brings passion, expertise, and a positive attitude to this role. Here are the qualifications we seek:
- Spa Expertise: Familiarity with a wide range of treatments, such as massages, facials, body therapies, and wellness services.
- Yoga Certification (Preferred): Certification in yoga teaching or previous experience leading yoga classes is highly desirable.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English and the ability to effectively communicate with a multicultural team.
- Team-Oriented: A positive "can-do" attitude, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
- Leadership: Proven ability to motivate and guide a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
