Position: Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager
As an Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager at NOOE Maldives Kunaavashi, you will play a key role in driving the resort’s sales and marketing strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the resort's overall growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Assist in managing sales leads, contract renewals, and partner relationships, ensuring smooth operations and strong client relationships.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies that maximize revenue and help achieve both short-term and long-term targets.
- Marketing Campaigns & Content: Oversee marketing campaigns, manage social media, and contribute to website content, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and message.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate promotions, familiarization (FAM) trips, media visits, and special events to increase visibility and brand awareness.
- Market Trends & Analysis: Monitor market trends, evaluate the return on investment (ROI), and recommend strategic initiatives to improve market positioning.
- Creative Oversight: Supervise in-house photoshoots, creative design projects, and production of marketing materials to enhance the resort’s visual presence.
- Collaboration with Revenue Team: Work closely with the Revenue Team to devise pricing strategies, promotional offers, and packages that drive bookings and maximize profitability.
- Industry Representation: Represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and roadshows to expand the resort’s network and brand presence.
- Team Support: Train and support the Sales & Marketing Team, ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a collaborative working environment.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure compliance with corporate branding standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hospitality sales & marketing, preferably within a luxury resort setting.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and online platforms is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively, manage deadlines, and drive results in a high-pressure environment.
