Current Job Opening: Assistant Marketing Manager
We are seeking a talented and driven Assistant Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and represent NOOE Maldives Kunaavashi’s unique brand identity to the world.
Key Responsibilities
As the Assistant Marketing Manager, your role will include:
- Strategic Planning: Design and execute daily marketing activities to achieve the resort’s strategic goals.
- Promotions Management: Coordinate and oversee promotions across various offerings, including accommodations, dining, spa services, and recreational activities.
- Digital Presence: Manage and update all online platforms, including the resort’s website and OTA listings, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Creative Content Development: Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets, that reflect the brand’s luxurious image.
- Media and Visuals: Supervise photoshoots and video content creation, ensuring visuals align with the resort’s branding.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute special events such as festive celebrations, Easter activities, and Halloween events to enhance guest experiences.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies, including posts, stories, and campaigns, to build an engaging online presence.
- Performance Monitoring: Track marketing budgets, analyze ROI, and evaluate the success of promotional activities.
- Collaborations: Work with tourism boards and other stakeholders to strengthen destination marketing initiatives.
- Media Engagement: Host media trips, site inspections, and familiarization events to showcase the resort’s offerings.
Required Qualifications
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven marketing experience in the hospitality or luxury sector.
