About the Role: Assistant Manager - In-Villa Dining
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager - In-Villa Dining to join our dedicated team. This role offers an opportunity to lead and enhance our in-villa dining services, ensuring guests enjoy exceptional culinary experiences in the comfort of their private villas.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the in-villa dining team, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Train and manage staff to uphold the highest standards in line with LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) benchmarks.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.
- Manage inventory, budgets, and operational reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in in-villa dining, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role. Experience in the Maldives is preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and excellent communication abilities. Must be fluent in English.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with LQA standards and experience conducting training sessions.
- Personality: Pleasant demeanor, customer-oriented mindset, and a positive attitude.
