Current Opportunity: Assistant Front Office Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our esteemed team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and luxurious guest experience, aligned with the exceptional standards of The OZEN Collection.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5-7 years of work experience in the Front Office.
- 3-4 years in a similar or senior role within a luxury resort, preferably in the Maldives.
- Skills and Expertise:
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills with a guest-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to manage busy operations and high-profile guest movements while focusing on quality and niche experiences.
- Personal Attributes:
- Passion for the role with the ability to handle diverse responsibilities.
- Adaptability to multicultural environments and fast-paced settings.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver world-class service.
