Current Opportunity: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
The resort is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join its team. This pivotal role is ideal for candidates with a passion for excellence and a drive to create unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and operations.
- Coordinate events, promotions, and special activities to elevate guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry regulations.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and generate reports.
- Inspire and lead a diverse team, providing training and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Extensive experience managing F&B outlets in large-scale, luxury hotel or resort operations.
- Proficient in Micros POS and other F&B or hotel-related software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment, retention best practices, and financial performance monitoring.
