Your Responsibilities
As the Assistant Butler Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating the Butler Team to deliver exceptional service tailored to each guest’s needs.
- Managing and overseeing all aspects of the butler operations, including administrative tasks and ensuring consistency in service standards.
- Creating innovative and memorable guest experiences while maintaining the utmost privacy, safety, and security.
- Ensuring butlers adhere to hotel health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
- Handling guest requests and feedback with professionalism and efficiency to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Fostering open communication and providing continuous training to elevate the team’s performance.
Qualifications We’re Looking For

- Prior experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment, preferably in a leadership role.
