Position: Spa Supervisor
About the Role
As a Spa Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the resort's luxurious spa. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the business performance of the spa, ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Assisting in developing the spa’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies related to safety and emergency protocols.
- Ensuring that all team members fully understand and adhere to established spa policies.
- Collaborating with other departments to guarantee flawless operational efficiency.
Your Skills & Experiences
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A college diploma or secondary school education, with certifications in massage therapy or aesthetics from a recognized institution.
- Strong English language proficiency (both written and spoken) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- At least two years of supervisory experience in a spa within the hospitality or tourism industry, preferably in the Maldives.
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences with a strong focus on detail and operational excellence.
