Current Opening: IT Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the resort's IT functions under the guidance of the IT Manager, ensuring seamless technological operations across the property.
Key Responsibilities
As an IT Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Proficient knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Opera, Micros, Infor, and Microsoft 365 products.
- Performing daily IT-related tasks and addressing user requests efficiently.
- Managing and maintaining systems like 3CX, IPTV, Door Lock systems, CCTV, and music systems.
- Troubleshooting network-related issues, including GPON, VLANs, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Ensuring excellent personal grooming and adhering to uniform standards for professional presentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A positive attitude, hardworking nature, and a pleasant personality.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role at a five-star resort.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work extended hours when necessary.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards.
