IT Administrator
Job Summary
As an IT Administrator at Diamonds Athuruga, you will ensure the seamless operation of the resort’s IT infrastructure. From managing servers and networks to supporting cutting-edge communication systems, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining performance, security, and reliability across all IT operations.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT administration or managing IT infrastructure.
- Proficient in Server Administration and Network Management.
- Expertise in supporting Windows operating systems, Office applications, and hotel software systems such as PMS, POS, and Finance/HR modules.
- Hands-on experience with DSLAM, Analog, IP telephony systems, iMac devices, Firewall configuration, and NAS drives.
- Knowledge of GPON network management is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
- Adaptability to evolving technology and business requirements.
