About the Role: Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer is a key member of our creative team, responsible for crafting visually compelling marketing and branding materials. Reporting to the Cluster Brand and Marketing Manager, you will bring JOALI Maldives’ unique identity to life through innovative and impactful designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create captivating designs for marketing campaigns, branding materials, and promotional content.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with JOALI Maldives’ brand standards.
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Collaborate with various departments to support their design needs.
- Stay updated on design trends to maintain a fresh and innovative approach.
Qualifications & Experience
We’re seeking individuals who embody creativity, resilience, and passion. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Educational background or equivalent experience in Graphic Design.
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working in remote island locations is preferred.
- A vibrant personality, teamwork skills, and a passion for leading a healthy lifestyle.
