Position Available: Hostess
As a Hostess at Dhigali Maldives, you will be at the forefront of creating exceptional experiences for our guests. If you’re enthusiastic, self-motivated, and have a positive attitude, we want you to be a part of our dynamic team. Your primary role will be to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while embodying the core values of Dhigali Maldives:

Knowledge & Competencies
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued.
- Work creatively and collaboratively with a team, always striving to improve guest satisfaction and enhance the overall resort experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as an F&B Hostess or in a similar role, ideally in a Maldives resort setting.
- Flexibility with duty hours and scope, as well as being a team player.
- Fluency in Russian is a requirement, along with proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including service protocols, food safety practices, and guest interaction.
