Current Job Opening: Engineering Supervisor
Job Objectives: As an Engineering Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the property’s exterior and interior facilities to ensure they remain in optimal condition. Your responsibilities will include supervising maintenance operations for electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, heating, cooling, and other critical systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of both guests and employees, all while maintaining a high standard of service. The role requires a combination of technical expertise and leadership to keep the resort running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facilities.
- Oversee the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Ensure all systems are operational, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
- Maintain a safe working environment for both employees and guests.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the resort operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Keep records of maintenance activities and report to the management team.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a resort or hotel environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Excellent people management skills, able to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficient in computer programs for maintenance management and reporting.
