Requirements and Skills
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role at a luxury resort or hotel.
- Cuisine Expertise: Strong ability to prepare a variety of Maldivian cuisines.
- Food Safety: Solid understanding and application of food safety management practices, including HACCP.
- Teamwork: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Self-Motivation: A self-driven and proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
