Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a five-star luxury property in a similar role.
- Expertise in Japanese à la carte cuisine is essential.
- Sushi-making experience is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen team, ensuring seamless service during peak times.
- Strong commitment to food hygiene and Health & Safety standards.
- Outgoing personality, team-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
