Land designated for industrial purposes in Hulhumale' Phase 2 has been announced for sale through a bidding process.
The plots available range from 3,689 to 3,746 square feet.
Plot Allocation and Eligibility
The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) stated that these plots will be allocated from the area designated for the development of the "Integrated Hub" in Hulhumale' Phase 2.
Maldivians aged 18 and above are eligible to submit bids. Companies interested in bidding must be registered in the Maldives and solely owned by Maldivians.
Bidding Process and Requirements
The opening bid for the land is set at MVR 7,500 per square foot, and interested parties can apply through HDC's online portal.
The sale process consists of two phases: the submission of an Expression of Interest (EOI), followed by bidding if multiple EOIs are received for the same plot.
